7 years later - a hedge that delivered exactly what we promised

We are proud of the work we do. These customers wanted a quick-growing, low maintenance hedge that would grow tall and knit together to screen the new double storey house on the other side.

Below is a photo of the hedge seven years later. We delivered. It was already a reasonably effective screen three years after we planted and before the building was finished.

The hedge is so high now, more than a double storey house in height (as required by the homeowners), that a close-up pic at the same spot, to take it all in, was impossible. The hedge is thriving, giving our happy customers a privacy screen between them and their neighbors.

Some might recognise the hedge type: eugenia, commonly known as lilly pilly in New Zealand. And it is prone to diseases such as psyllids insects which could spread into other plants. But we made sure we chose the specific eugenia cultivar that strongly resists diseases: Syzygium australe 'Resilience'. That’s added here so you can know we know what we are doing.

From clearing out storm ponds in urban developments and other public spaces (which could be near your home) to giving you the garden you want, we are a good go-to, servicing the whole of Auckland for larger jobs and providing expert reports for all that we do. Many interested parties may need to see those reports. We are based in North Shore where we also do smaller jobs.
